I'm a Solution-Focused Therapist based on the beautiful East Lothian coast of Scotland. My passion lies in helping people like you overcome challenges using natural and gentle methods like hypnotherapy. I believe everyone deserves to feel happy and confident, and I'm here to support you on your journey to a stress-free wedding.

  • Hypnotherapy is a relaxation technique that uses guided suggestions to help you achieve a state of focused attention. In this state, you become more receptive to positive suggestions that can help reduce stress and anxiety.

    Light hypnosis also emulates a particular dream state (REM)- a time in which we process stress naturally.

  • I recommend starting it 12-14 weeks before your wedding.

  • Allow yourself to be a beginner, and be patient and compassionate as you learn, just as you would if you were supporting a loved one or small child. You deserve no less.

  • Always. Hypnosis is very natural, and the mind utilises its properties for relaxation and reparation every day, usually when doing something repetitive or mindful. Listening to the hypno audios, we contrive the same beneficial process to help us manage stress, and suggest positive changes to the subconscious. You are always present, and able to move and speak at will.

  • This particular programme will help to prepare you for your wedding, but if you’d like to continue afterwards in therapy, I will be more than happy to work with you. You will find that the work we do has the tendency to positively affect other areas of your life too, and you might want to explore that further- just get in touch.

  • Of course! Preparing your mind and body in advance of an event like his is so beneficial- everyone should do it! In fact, many major stars and athletes use similar methods to ensure their best performance on game day.

  • Ideally yes- take every opportunity you can to relax your mind and body, build healthy new patterns and prioritise your sleep. The mind needs encouragement to accept change- keeping your stress levels as low as possible will help this to happen.

  • The HypnoBrides & Groom at home programme is currently selling at the introductory cost of £249.

    There are no additional costs and this fee is non refundable.
